Daun’s Deli

Rickard Daun, originally hails from Sweden, started Daun´s Deli in June 2018 after first taking part in Catford Food Market. He focuses on fresh Scandinavian open style sandwiches using his home made sauces and condiments.

Because being vegan is about reducing waste and embracing minimalism, Rickard turns the chickpeas into hummus and the brine into delicious mayonnaise. In true multicultural style he’s combined his background with his wife’s Kurdish heritage to create a black hummus that looks as good as it tastes. Sold along with saffron aioli and other scrumptious sauces and condiments in their signature recyclable glass jars, it’s lunch culture in style.
